Eat More Fish!

As you may have seen in one of our previous posts, the key supplements for a strong immune system include vitamins A, C, D and Omega-3 essential fats. So if you don’t enjoy taking too many pills, is there a food in nature that has most of these naturally? Yes, fish! Most fishes are tasty & healthy, though cold-water fatty fishes are especially rich in these nutrients – such as wild salmon, mackerel, and sardines. Try to get these around 2-3 times each week or in any possible occasion, have them alone or in a salad or soup… any way you prefer you’ll get the benefits and keep fighting off potential illnesses.
