Tips to boost immunity against disease

With scares of a viral pandemic propagating around the world, here are some tips to help improve our immune systems naturally to help them act as a defense against infections and to lessen severity of symptoms even if one does contract a contagious disease. Personally, I used to get a strong cold/flu around 4 times each year, but haven’t gotten it in the last 3 years at all after practicing this:

  • Take important supplements: Vitamins A, C, D and Omega 3 healthy fats
  • Get enough sleep, and avoid stress which causes weakness
  • Work out regularly, to keep your body in prime condition
  • Eat healthy with less sugars in particular
  • Be sure to drink enough water, plus green tea and other warming drinks
