Many of us have heard of K-Pop and other forms of Asian-Western fusion music, though Chinese pop tends to be lesser known outside of its own country. For example, this fancy song by popular Taiwanese singer Jolin Tsai has catchy Latin/Gypsy style tunes and lavish pirate-themed costumes, and has made waves online since its release back in 2004.
