The world after COVID is unlikely to return to the world that it was once before and that does not have to be a negative thing. On the contrary, a lot of positive things have been learned. It has been a wakeup call for many.
- Cleanliness & sanitation standards have improved greatly around the world, especially in hotels and airlines etc.
- Overcrowding has been reduced immensely as people are learning that social distancing is important, even without an active pandemic.
- Technology advancement has been evident in remote work, telemeetings, virtual conferences, digital commerce, etc.
- A climate revolution is taking place as there is improvement in urban environments with cleaner-smelling air, safer roads, and bolder wildlife. There has been a drop in atmospheric levels of carbon dioxide levels in many cities, and pollution has been reduced immensely.
Necessity is the mother of invention! The world has adapted in many creative ways to cope with the pandemic and several sidelined technologies have gotten a large push.
All this has taken place, soif there is another pandemic it wouldn’t be nearly as bad!
