Founder Spotlight – Aiman’s Personal Story

I’m not your typical founder.
I’ve never followed the rules, fit the mold, or felt particularly drawn to the “expected” path. And honestly, that’s exactly what’s shaped me.

I’ve always felt a little different—not in a dramatic way, just quietly misaligned with what most people chase. While others were obsessed with going viral or climbing ladders, I found myself drawn to bigger questions:
Why do brilliant people stay invisible?

Why is entertainment more celebrated than invention?
Why are so many dreams unfulfilled, talents wasted, lives half-lived?
These weren’t rhetorical. They became my fuel—for building, writing, mentoring, experimenting. And eventually, they became the foundation for FELS.

But before the frameworks, the systems, and the global vision, there was just a kid who questioned everything.

What I Actually Do

I’ve spent over 15 years across multiple fields—corporate strategy, HR, entrepreneurship, international development.

I’ve advised Fortune 500s, mentored founders, launched tech ventures, and spoken to audiences across the globe.

But I don’t get excited by titles. I get excited by transformation. Mine. Yours. Ours.

My real work isn’t about telling people what to do. It’s about helping them remember who they are—and what they could become.

I believe the world is filled with untapped talent and unused brilliance. And I won’t stop until more of it sees the light.

The Life That Fuels the Vision

When I’m not dissecting business models or thinking five years ahead, you’ll find me…

I’ve visited 95 countries, lived in 8 cities, and racked up elite status in nearly every airline and hotel program—because movement fuels insight.

I also biohack, journal obsessively, and run personal experiments most people would never talk about at dinner. Why? Because I love pushing the edge of what’s possible.

And in between all that… I make time to admire the beauty in good design, unexpected art, elegant code, and quiet wisdom.

Because geeks need soul, too!

A Few Truths That Drive Me

I believe:
  • Thinkers and builders should be the new rockstars—not just athletes or influencers.
  • you don’t have to choose between depth and delight.
  • Being well-rounded is a strategy, not a luxury.
  • Transformation shouldn’t feel like punishment—it should feel like play.
  • Most people don’t need another guru. They just need permission to live a bigger, weirder, more beautiful life.
That’s why I created FELS—not as a brand, but as a belief system. Not as a shortcut, but as a spark. …by giving them the tools, the structure, and the tribe to THRIVE.
